Ready-to-play out of the box, the Rosetta Blitz Deck Collection provides everything you need to venture into the forests of Candlehold. Each Rosetta Blitz Deck contains 40 cards, plus hero, weapon, equipment, and token cards, with each deck containing a rainbow foil hero card and non-foil extended art cards exclusive to that deck.

Verdance is an Earth Wizard that specializes in winning through attrition. Unlike other Wizards, Verdance loves to use physical attacks alongside her magical repertoire; in order to “turn on” her hero ability, she will rely on a variety of Earth cards to decompose other Earth cards in her graveyard, usually in the form of large attacks. Over the course of the game, she’ll gain small instances of health to give herself a healthy lead, peppering her opponent with arcane damage. If the game goes on long enough - or Verdance has enough space - she will set up a game-ending combo finish, amping her arcane spells with additional damage to lead into a near-guaranteed kill.

Like with most defensive heroes, her biggest fear is that opponents are able to rush her down before she is able to stabilize and set up her kill turn. While Verdance usually packs a lot of lifegain and solid defensive spells, her Earth cards tend to be below-average on defense. When presented with overwhelming damage, this usually means that she will end up leaking large chunks of life. Playing Verdance well means always setting yourself up for success; efficiently blocking and using your small pockets of disruptive effects to dampen the opponent’s damage output, all while making sure you’re on a path to victory and setting up a turn that can clinch victory for you.
